The Last Splash at WMODA

Join WMODA on Sunday, September 27 for The Last Splash, a final celebration of the acclaimed Splash! exhibition, featuring world-renowned artists and talented local creators who have transformed molten glass and raw clay into mesmerizing marine life, ocean currents, and underwater wonders. Glass art takes center stage in Splash! with work by renowned glass artists Dale Chihuly, Rob Stern, and Josh Fradis. Floating alongside are Anna Paola Cibin’s dreamlike silk-velvet paintings. The spirit of Florida’s coastal paradise also shines brightly through work by contemporary ceramic artists, including Alyssa Ligmont, Roger Cockram, and South Africa’s Ardmore Studio.

Make a splash with local artists and conservation groups! Meet glass artist Grace Chepenik, underwater photographer Suzanne Barton, and Luis and Nini Montanez, the creatives behind Candle Nerds and Matchless Glass. Discover their ocean-inspired creations and enjoy special photo opportunities. Connect with S.T.O.P. and Ocean Rescue Alliance International to learn about protecting sea turtles and restoring coral reefs.
