Ages 6-10 | Saturdays 9:30-11am
Digital Art: Design digital sketchbooks, animations, special effects, and more on the iPad while exploring new techniques, apps, and creative tools to bring your digital artwork to life.
Ages 9-18 | Saturdays 9:30-11am
Drawing & Painting: Discover acrylics, tempera, and watercolors as you build your painting skills while mastering classic drawing techniques with charcoal, ink, and oil pastels.
Ages 11-18 | Saturdays 11:30am-1pm
Discover the joy of creativity at Young At Art Museum’s Art Classes! Designed for ages 6 to 18, our small group sessions give young artists the chance to explore a variety of mediums including drawing, painting, digital art, and mixed media. Each class is led by professional teaching artists who inspire confidence, skill-building, and self-expression in a fun and supportive environment.
Classes run on Saturdays inside the Broward Mall, making it easy to fit art into your family’s schedule. Whether your child is picking up a paintbrush for the first time or leveling up their digital skills, YAA’s Art Classes provide the perfect space to imagine, create, and connect. Young At Art has moved and is now open at our new location inside Broward Mall, conveniently located at the corner of South University Drive and West Broward Boulevard. Closest entry is at the far north east side of the mall, north of Buffalo Wild Wings and the circular fountain. Within the mall Young At Art Museum is located across from Paul Mitchell the School and next to LensCrafters.

We are located on the ground floor in Broward Mall that is wheelchair accessible with designated parking and YAA’s space within the mall is also wheelchair accessible. We do not offer wheelchairs on lend. Our staff is UM NSU CARD trained to help those with sensory sensitivities and people of all abilities. We do have sensory bags to check out for those who need additional support.
