Kimberly Beltrame
Kimberly D Beltrame grew up in the northeastern United States. After completing her Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Italian Studies and Art at Rosemont College, Pa., she moved to Rome and then Milan, Italy. She furthered her studies in Oils and Intaglio under master Italian artists and worked as an assistant in art galleries. She is the recipient of local, national and international awards and continues to challenge herself while experimenting with new mediums and techniques.
Kimberly has begun working in a variety of media on canvas to capture the multiple dimensions experienced while on this earth. Shifts in energy is the first indication that there are other dimensions and she believes we exist in one though others overlap creating a sense that something else is out there. The most obvious is how energy in nature changes suddenly and sometimes dramatically from peaceful to frenzied and back within moments. The molecules begin to frantically move causing your hair to stand on end. Even colors and textures in the same landscape can shift, very often within moments. This intrigues her as she tries to capture these multiple dimensions in her work. Nature restores her soul and fills her with peace and happiness and a sense of gratitude. She strives to evoke these same emotions in her viewers as she creates these vistas on canvas and paper.
Kimberly D Beltrame lives in Jensen Beach, Florida. She has participated in various art fairs, shown at the Palm Room Gallery, RCK Gallery in Stuart, Northwood Art & Music Warehouse, in the AE Backus Museum ‘Best of the Best’ show. She is a professional member of the Martin Artisans Guild and a member of the National American Women Artists organization and a member of NAWAFL.
